raw materials
The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes laid by the pipe should comply with the GB15558.1-2003 standard, and polyethylene mixtures should be used, in which only the additives necessary to improve their performance can be added to meet the corresponding standards. PE80 material should be used when the buried depth is less than 8 m, and PE100 material should be used when the buried depth is greater than 8 m.
color
The catheter should be black. A total of at least three yellow lines should be extruded from the black tube. The color lines should be evenly distributed along the circumference of the pipe.
appearance
During visual inspection, the inner and outer surfaces of the catheter should be clean and smooth, and no bubbles, obvious scratches, dents, impurities and uneven color defects are allowed. Both ends of the pipe should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
Model specifications
The model of the high-density polyethylene cable conduit is indicated by two pinyin symbols DS, and the specifications of the conduit are shown in Schedule 1.
The specifications are expressed as: "Nominal Outer Diameter×Nominal Wall Thickness×Nominal Length, Material Classification", and the material classification is expressed as two grades of polyethylene mixture PE80 or PE100.
size
The nominal length of the plastic conduit of high-density polyethylene cable is expressed as the effective length, and the nominal length deviation is (0~+0.5)% of the effective length.
The bending degree of the high-density polyethylene plastic cable conduit, when the nominal inner diameter d>150, the bending degree is not greater than 0.5% of the effective length of the conduit. The bending degree of high-density polyethylene plastic cable conduit, when the nominal inner diameter d≤150, the bending degree is not greater than 0.35% of the effective length of the conduit.
